    Abstract: A method for brewing tea comprises filling a first tank with water, transferring a volume of the water from the first tank to a second tank, and heating the volume of the water in the second tank. The method further comprises placing a plurality of tea leaves in a receptacle, wherein the receptacle is in fluid communication with the second tank. Portions of the volume of water in the second tank are circulated through the receptacle, such that the portions flow over the tea leaves and return to the second tank, resulting in a brewed tea.
