  • Patent number: 10005096
Abstract: The present invention further provides for a nozzle, preferably of injection molded plastic material, and with an inlet designed to attach to common commercially available cartridges with male Luer threads located exterior of the nozzle. In addition, the present invention provides for a nozzle molded into a V-shape configuring the inside of a pre-creased garment or a piece of fabric when the garment is placed on the form for application of the resin. The nozzle has a locator flange that is included to ensure that there is correct alignment between the nozzle and guide skee. The nozzle is specifically angled when attached to the cartridge and the guide skee so that an optimum angle is achieved for the correct application of the resin. The molded plastic nozzle of the present invention has a smooth outer surface and strengthening ribs.

  • Patent number: 9233391
Abstract: A removable guide for use in an applicator configured to be irremovably attached to an underside of a cartridge. The guide has a fin shaped bottom located rearward for guiding the applicator along creases in a garment. The guide preferably has an opening or notch at its forward most central portion to engage the tip to ensure alignment with the tip when dispensing resin from the cartridge. The top side wall portions of the guide dips down or has a lower side width than the sidewall portions nearer the tip for easier disengagement of the guide from the cartridge.

  • Patent number: 8844736
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for providing permanent creases in articles of clothing such as pants, lined dress pants and shirt sleeves in which the stand has one or two legs connected to a vertical support which in turn is connected to a base. A garment support tray is affixed to the vertical support struts and the base. Each leg has a groove therein which is adapted to receive a V-shaped channel that is affixed preferably by adhesive material to the groove. The V-shaped channel is adapted to receive a preformed crease to an article of clothing therein so that an applicator can be guided along the garments inverted interior crease length depositing adhesive which after curing makes the crease permanent.
