  • Publication number: 20240087738
Abstract: A telepresence robot may include a drive system, a control system, an imaging system, and a mapping module. The mapping module may access a plan view map of an area and tags associated with the area. In various embodiments, each tag may include tag coordinates and tag information, which may include a tag annotation. A tag identification system may identify tags within a predetermined range of the current position and the control system may execute an action based on an identified tag whose tag information comprises a telepresence robot action modifier. The telepresence robot may rotate an upper portion independent from a lower portion. A remote terminal may allow an operator to control the telepresence robot using any combination of control methods, including by selecting a destination in a live video feed, by selecting a destination on a plan view map, or by using a joystick or other peripheral device.

  • Patent number: 11514494
Abstract: A computer-implemented process for defining a telecommunications product in accordance with a predefined schema, the process including the steps of: receiving, via a user interface, a request from a user for a specification for the telecommunications product; receiving, via the user interface, characteristics data representing one or more characteristics for the specification from the user, including a plurality of properties for at least one of the characteristics; receiving, via the user interface, input rules data representing at least one rule for the specification, including: a selection of at least one of the received characteristics to provide a condition characteristic for the rule to operate, a selection of a rule type to define operation of the rule, and a selection of at least one of the received characteristics to provide a target characteristic on which the rule will operate; and processing the characteristics data and the input rules data, according to the predefined schema, to generate specific

  • Patent number: 11298484
Abstract: Various methods and systems are provided for performing nasal high flow therapy. In one example, a method for respiratory support includes: delivering an air and oxygen mixture for nasal high flow therapy to a patient at a flow setting, the flow setting determined based on a peak inspiratory flow obtained during a previous, spontaneous breathing mode during mechanical ventilation of the patient. The flow setting may be a flow rate of a heated and humidified mixture of air and oxygen delivered via a high flow nasal cannula.

  • Patent number: 10639447
Abstract: A system for monitoring anesthetic agents fill level in a vaporizer reservoir includes a camera configured to capture an image containing a sight glass on the vapor reservoir, just like, a processor, and an agent level module. The agent level module is executable to locate a sight glass portion within the image, an agent level edge within the sight glass portion, and minimum and maximum reference points within the image. A fill percentage is calculated based on a position of the agent level edge relative to the minimum and maximum reference points, and the remaining agent information is calculated based on the fill percentage and the known volume of the vaporizer reservoir.

  • Publication number: 20070190871
Abstract: A sealing material is presented which can be applied to surfaces and/or surfaces having seams, cracks, crevices and the like to hinder growth and colonization of bacteria while maintaining adhesion over a wide range of service, or use, conditions. The sealing material includes a fluoropolymer layer and a rubber based adhesive layer which is capable of adhering the sealing material to the surface or surfaces to be sealed. The invention combines the inherent anti-stick and hydrophobic properties of fluoropolymers with excellent adhesive characteristics of the rubber based adhesive.
