  • Patent number: 12574403
Abstract: A disclosed computer-implemented method includes receiving and indexing the raw data. Indexing includes dividing the raw data into time stamped searchable events that include information relating to computer or network security. Store the indexed data in an indexed data store and extract values from a field in the indexed data using a schema. Search the extracted field values for the security information. Determine a group of security events using the security information. Each security event includes a field value specified by a criteria. Present a graphical interface (GI) including a summary of the group of security events, other summaries of security events, and a remove element (associated with the summary). Receive input corresponding to an interaction of the remove element. Interacting with the remove element causes the summary to be removed from the GI. Update the GI to remove the summary from the GI.

  • Patent number: 12486318
Abstract: Guanosine-targeted nanocarriers for encapsulating an active agent and delivering it to extracellular guanosine and DNA are provided. The nanocarriers, for example, polymeric particles, liposomes, and multilamellar vesicles have targeting moiety that targets guanosine attached, linked, or conjugated thereto. The targeting moiety that targets guanosine is typically an antibody, or variant, fragment, or fusion protein derived therefrom that binds to guanosine. The targeting moiety can be a circulating autoantibody that binds guanosine such as those commonly found in patients with SLE. Cytoplasmic delivery vehicles that do not localize into endosomes or lysosomes are also provided. The delivery agent is typically an antibody, or variant, fragment, or fusion protein derived therefrom that binds to guanosine. In some embodiments, the targeting moiety or delivery agent is antibody 4H2 or a variant, fragment, or fusion protein derived therefrom.

  • Patent number: 12436136
Abstract: Devices and methods for the detection of conditions indicative of production and/or use of methamphetamine hydrochloride are disclosed. The device comprises a self-contained power source, and an airborne sensor configured to output a signal indicative of the presence of methamphetamine hydrochloride. At least one processor is configured to maintain the device in a low power sleep mode until a predetermined time condition is met. On the time condition being met, the airborne sensor is preheated for a first period of time and the signal output by the airborne sensor is monitored. On determining that the signal output by the airborne sensor meets a predetermined threshold the airborne sensor is preheated for a second period of time, wherein the second period of time is longer than the first period of time, on determining that the signal output by the airborne sensor meets the predetermined threshold following the preheating for the second period of time, an alert is transmitted to a remote location.

  • Publication number: 20240166770
Abstract: Compositions and methods of treating autoimmune diseases by administering a subject in need thereof an effective amount of an inhibitor of a nucleoside transporter are provided. Typically, the autoimmune disease has one or more symptoms or pathologies dependent on or otherwise caused by cell penetrating antibodies that transduced into or through cells at in-part by the nucleoside transporter. In specific embodiments, the autoimmune disease is a form of lupus, for example central nervous system lupus. In preferred embodiments, the inhibitor is dipyridamole or a pharmaceutically active analogue thereof. Compositions, formulations, and dosage forms including an effective amount of dipyridamole or analogue to reduce cellular transduction or transcellular transport of the cell penetrating antibody are also provided. The compositions can be employed in the disclosed methods. Exemplary dosages ranges and dosage regimens are also provided.

  • Patent number: 11831523
Abstract: A system and computer-implemented is provided for displaying a configurable metric relating to an environment in a graphical display along with a value of the metric calculated over a configurable time period. The metric is used to identify events of interest in the environment based on processing real time machine data from one or more sources. The configurable metric is selected and a corresponding value is calculated based on the events of interest over the configurable time period. The value of the metric may be continuously updated in real time based on receiving additional real-time machine data and displayed in a graphical interface as time progresses. Statistical trends in the value of the metric may also be determined over the configurable time period and displayed in the graphical interface as well as an indication if the value of the metric exceeds a configurable threshold value.
