  • Publication number: 20240153741
Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provided herein include a method for processing a substrate in a plasma processing system. The method includes receiving a first synchronization waveform signal from a controller, delivering a first burst of first voltage pulses to an electrode assembly after receiving a first portion of the first synchronization waveform signal, wherein at least one first parameter of the first voltage pulses is set to a first value based on a first waveform parameter within the first portion of the first synchronization waveform signal, and delivering a second burst of second voltage pulses to the electrode assembly after receiving a second portion of the first synchronization waveform signal, wherein the at least one first parameter of the first voltage pulses is set to a second value based on a difference in the first waveform parameter within the second portion of the first synchronization waveform signal.

  • Publication number: 20230330500
Abstract: A head positioning device for athletic training is provided. The device includes an elongated rigid rod with a hand grip attached on one end and a flexible joint attached to the other end to allow for rotational pivoting motion. A head gripping apparatus is attached to the flexible joint and allows a coach or trainer to guide the head position of an athlete learning proper head positioning for a particular athletic activity. The device is unique in that it incorporates active feedback from a coach or trainer to an athlete regarding proper head positioning.

  • Publication number: 20200370602
Abstract: Bearing assemblies are described herein. For example, a bearing assembly comprising an outer bearing ring, an inner bearing ring, and a ball bearing, wherein the outer bearing ring and inner bearing ring encapsulate the ball bearing. The ball bearing can be fabricated from a polyimide or Superimide SC-610. The outer ring bearing may include a shelf arranged about the perimeter of the inner surface of the outer bearing ring. The bearing assembly can be positioned within a rod end housing, wherein the outer bearing ring is secured in the rod end housing by a swaging operation and the inner bearing ring can be secured in the rod end housing by a swaging operation. The swaging operation can secure the inner bearing ring to the outer bearing ring. The outer bearing ring and inner ring bearing can be integral to the rod end housing.

  • Publication number: 20130087216
Abstract: The Leaf Blower Apparatus Attachment is an attachable apparatus that converts a portable leaf blower machine into a “Dry Materials” distribution unit. The flow of the dry materials is gauged by the open/close slide release handle, which is molded or fitted to the drop box. Gravity is utilized allowing dry materials within the container to be emitted via the hollow tube utilizing the angled drop lip that creates aerodynamic airflow releasing all dry materials via the open end of the hollowed tube for even distribution of said dry materials. When filling the Leaf Blower Apparatus Attachment container it rests steadily on two legs.

  • Patent number: 5998159
Abstract: The present invention provides methods for identification of antibiotic agents which cause the accumulation of ppGpp in bacterial organisms involving a relA-independent pathway. The methods comprise screening assays in which test compounds are brought into contact with relA.sup.- test cells and observing the effect such compounds have on ppGpp levels in the test cells. The invention also provides genetically manipulated relA.sup.- test cells which contain a reporter gene the expression of which is sensitive to the level of ppGpp. The invention also encompasses agents identified by the screening assays, and uses of these agents in the treatment of infectious diseases.
