  • Patent number: 11927460
Abstract: Diverse types of crew interfaces (400, 430, 450) are provided for outputting visible, audio and tactile information to a pilot for flight control. A unified estimation of the current aircraft state and of a current phase of flight are made (110), based on flight status information. Respective coordinated visible, audio and tactile presentations for the diverse types of crew interfaces are generated, (120) coordinated so that they provide mutually consistent indications of the unified estimation of the current aircraft state, according to the unified estimation of current flight phase. The respective coordinated presentations are output (130) by the diverse types of crew interfaces to the pilot. By coordinating crew interface outputs across sight, sound and touch senses, this can relieve the pilot of workload in interpreting unsynchronised or incoherent outputs from different types of interfaces.

  • Publication number: 20230280887
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for dynamically adjusting a website of an entity using information that has been received, stored, gathered, and/or otherwise obtained about what people want to find on the entity's website. A website may be dynamically adjusted using trending information in response to determining that the usage of the monitored data source is greater than the baseline usage distribution or in response to determining that the usage of the monitored data source is not greater than the baseline usage distribution receiving NLP inputs of the user from the IVA and adjusting dynamic web content displayed on the website based on the NLP inputs.

  • Patent number: 11681416
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for dynamically adjusting a website of an entity using information that has been received, stored, gathered, and/or otherwise obtained about what people want to find on the entity's website. A website may be dynamically adjusted using trending information. Dynamically adjusting may comprise generating and presenting links on the website to webpages in order of volume over a defined time threshold, or by variance over a standard volume over a longer established time frame. Dynamically adjusting the website may comprise providing an element on a website for what is most urgent to customers. A unit associated with a website may be monitored, and when the unit volume or activity starts to spike beyond normal expectations, then information about the unit is proactively and/or preemptively offered on the website, or a webpage of the website, without ever having a conversation with a user.

  • Patent number: 11637819
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, computer program product, and computer system is provided for establishing connectivity between user devices. The computer-implemented method includes: broadcasting a message to running processes on an operating system of the first user device to indicate that a requesting application is looking for a live connection channel to attempt discovery with a second user device to ascertain virtual proximity of the first user device with the second user device. The computer-implemented method further includes receiving a response from a live connection channel and attempting to verify pairing via the live connection channel to confirm a virtual proximity of the second user device with the first user device. The pairing provides information for establishing a subsequent connection between the first and second user devices via the requesting application.

  • Patent number: 11526575
Abstract: An add-on for, or additional functionality integrated in, a web browser of the kind that logs visited web pages in history with their URL, HTML page title and a date/time stamp is provided. The history may additionally logs category tags and their confidence scores. The category tags may originate at least in part by extracting them from visited page content and may also propagate through from previously visited pages, for example when a page is opened by hyperlink from another page, the latter's category tags propagate through to the new page. The page-specific confidence scores may be determined by applying a scoring formula that mimics a user's mental association between a category tag and a web page. The category tags and their confidence scores may be then stored in the history log entry and the category tags may then be used to search the history.

  • Publication number: 20210133394
Abstract: Experiential parsing (EP) is a technique for natural language parsing that falls into the category of dependency parsing. EP supports applications that derive meaning from chat language. An experiential language model parses chat data, and uses documented experiences with language without using automatic natural language processing (NLP) methods. A descriptive grammar is built at word level rather than a prescriptive grammar at phrase level. The experiential model is designed to understand that word “A” associates with word “B” by function “C”. The experiential model understands the relationship between words, independent of whether or not the overall phrase structure is grammatical. A high accuracy of producing the syntactic roles (such as main verb, direct object, etc.) is attained even when confronted with a variety of agrammatical inputs.
