  • Publication number: 20190213616
Abstract: Indoor positioning information provide location detail records (LDRs), which are visualized on a map to show a shopper's path through a given store. However, LDR often provides an incomplete picture of a shopper's true journey through a store. Thus, gaps in LDR data are augmented, or filled in, using a routing engine based on point of sale (POS) transaction data to connect the last known position from the first event to first known position from second event, and so on for all the LDR records. If the last LDR doesn't end at the checkout or exit, a final route to a checkout stand used is appended to the last LDR sequence signifying the end of the shopping journey. Dwells are determined based on position data from the LDRs of selected shoppers over a selected period of time. There might not be POS data, but if there is, the LDR data is augmented with positions as determined by the location of each product purchased—filling in all gaps with a routing service.

  • Patent number: 10214941
Abstract: A door latch activator system for a trailer or truck body coupled to a door latch, including: a plunger installed in a path of the door latch; a switch configurable into one of an open or closed position by the plunger; and a pneumatic valve configured to control flow of pressurized air through the pneumatic valve depending on the position of the switch, wherein the plunger is moved toward or away from the roller switch by the door latch operating in the path, which activates the pneumatic valve to control the pressurized air flowing through the pneumatic valve.

  • Patent number: 9636983
Abstract: A roll-up door assembly including a plurality of door panels; a pneumatic seal apparatus having an elastic membrane of an elongated tube disposed around a perimeter of the trailer door so as to be adjacent to the plurality of door panels, wherein pressurized air is injected into the pneumatic seal apparatus to expand the elastic membrane and to apply an outward force against multiple sides of the plurality of door panels, wherein applying the outward force against the plurality of door panels on multiple sides keeps the plurality of door panels as a single unit such that substantially less air flows through the plurality of door panels than prior to the application of the outward force to seal the trailer door.

  • Publication number: 20130126106
Abstract: A door sealing system comprises a roll-up door assembly including at least one door panel and a pneumatic seal apparatus including an elastic membrane defining a channel therethrough and a base member fixedly attached to the elastic membrane via a neck portion. The elastic membrane is expandable by injection of pressurized air such that an expanded membrane applies outward force against the door panel to seal the roll-up door assembly.
