Abstract: A decentralised, distributed approach to performing authorisation involves receiving an authorisation request at a service providing device, for example “Carol”, and then retrieving trust information from other peer devices in the network. The gathered information is used by the device “Carol” to make a well-informed authorisation decision.

Abstract: A method of distributing a network access key to devices in a network comprises the steps of generating a network access key, and generating a plurality of distinct key shares for the network access key. A device requires a predetermined number of distinct key shares to generate the network access key. Key shares are distributed to devices in the network, such that at least one device receives a plurality of distinct key shares.

Abstract: A mobile power system provides a housing, such as a container having at least one door at a first end. From the first end a first set of arrays can extend from a stowed configuration inside of the housing to an extended configuration through the first end. Slides and rollers can facilitate this transition. Once in the extended configuration, the first set of arrays can then transition to a deployed configuration such as by rotating at least one auxiliary array relative to a main array. A control panel, preferably accessible from outside of the housing, can automatedly transition the first set of arrays from the stowed to at least the extended, if not deployed configuration. A similarly operating set of second arrays can be utilized with some embodiments.

An inlet valve and an outlet valve are provided, and a diaphragm arrangement is driven by the same motor as the impeller to provide priming. The diaphragm arrangement can be integrated into a pump design without taking up significant additional space. By driving the diaphragm arrangement with the motor, no additional power source is required.
