  • Patent number: 11530109
Abstract: A spool is transitionable between an operable (i.e., cable ready) state and a stowed (i.e., return ready) state. In the operable state, the spool is configured to receive and hold a coil of cable. In the stowed state, the spool has a reduced three-dimensional footprint compared to the operable state, thereby facilitating storage and return of the spools. The spool can be releasably locked in the operable state. When the lock is released, the spool can be freely transitioned between both states to facilitate reuse of the spool.

  • Publication number: 20210173165
Abstract: A telecommunications equipment frame including a base, and two vertical uprights, and a top member; the upright members defining an upper equipment zone and a lower cable tray zone. One or more front trays are in the lower cable tray zone, and openings are provided through the frame to one or more rear trays. The equipment zone defined by the two uprights is open without cable management structure for receiving telecommunications equipment. At least one slack storage zone adjacent to the central zone includes a plurality of cable management devices for storing cable slack.

  • Publication number: 20200088965
Abstract: A cable conduit can be unrolled from a reel and cut to length and includes longitudinal sections of a mounting portion and a covering portion that form an openable and closable channel therebetween, the mounting portion and covering portion being coupled together by a connector. In some examples, a support leg is provided to prop up the covering portion when the channel is mounted and in an open configuration.

  • Patent number: 10495837
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a telecommunications connection device. The device including a housing, a plurality of single-fiber connectorized pigtails that extend outwardly from the housing and a multi-fiber connectorized pigtail that extends outwardly from the housing. The multi-fiber connectorized pigtail can be optically coupled with the single fiber connectorized pigtails. The device can include optical fibers routed from the multi-fiber connectorized pigtail through the housing to the single-fiber connectorized pigtails. The single-fiber connectorized pigtails can be more flexible than the multi-fiber connectorized pigtail.
