The servers have computer-executable instructions to compute a measure of reputation based on engagements within a community, including moderation work of community content, and based on highly idiosyncratic community-specific rules. The stand-alone client has computer-executable instructions to generate and store a public-private key pair, which is accomplished to the exclusion of the servers.
