  • Publication number: 20150068710
Abstract: The present invention is an industrial air filtering and conditioning assembly for use in a workspace. The invention employs one blower and filter assembly to produce both filtered and conditioned air. The invention includes a high capacity filter assembly for filtering contaminants from air to produce filtered air within the workspace. A blower for drawing air from the workspace through the filter assembly and a condenser operatively positioned adjacent to the blower. The blower passes the filtered air over the condenser to condition the air by removing heat and humidity. The condensed air is passed back to the workspace to provide both filtered and conditioned air to the workspace.

  • Patent number: 8800243
Abstract: A method of modifying a modular work station including removing at least one lower panel element from one of a plurality of modular wall sections and removing an air collection unit from one of a plurality of modular walls. Installing the air collection unit where the lower panel element was removed. The air collection unit is configured to match the profile of the lower panel element such that the air collection unit could be installed in any of the plurality of modular wall sections in place of the lower panel elements. The modular wall section height is also adjustable and includes a ceiling assembly.

  • Publication number: 20130239514
Abstract: A modular work station including a plurality of modular walls, each of which include a plurality of modular wall sections having a first and second lower frame member forming a lower frame section width and a lower frame section height. At least one lower panel element is included having a lower panel width configured to conform to the lower frame section width and is mounted to the frame members. An air collection unit is included which has an air intake width approximately equal to the lower panel width such that it may be mounted to any of the plurality of modular wall sections in place of the lower panel element.

  • Patent number: 8460417
Abstract: A portable air filtration system used in industrial environments to filter and re-circulate fumes from a fume source includes a housing that filters the fumes from the fume source. The housing defines at least one housing inlet to receive the fumes and a housing outlet to dispense the fumes. A receiving assembly is releaseably engageable with the at least one housing inlet and includes a receiver inlet and a receiver outlet. The receiver outlet is in fluid communication with the at least one housing inlet. The receiver inlet receives the fumes from the fume source and transfers the fumes to the housing inlet. The system is capable of being modified between a plurality of configurations.

  • Publication number: 20110065370
Abstract: An air collector workstation assembly is provided comprising a plurality of workstation walls defining a work area. Each of the plurality of workstation walls comprises a plurality of wall panels mounted to a plurality of frame members. Each of the plurality of wall panels has a panel width and a panel height. At least one wall panel comprises an adjustable dimension wall panel having at least one removable panel portion to adjust the panel height. An air collector unit with a mounting profile having an air intake width and an air intake height is mounted to one of the workstation walls. The air intake width is approximately equal to the panel width. The removable panel portion can be removed and the mounting profile inserted to place the air collector in communication with the work area.

  • Publication number: 20080305731
Abstract: A filter housing, a duct arm and a hood which is positioned near the fume source as the duct arm extends between the hood and the filter housing for conveying the fumes from the hood to the filter housing. The filter housing includes a motor for generating suction at the hood inlet and for propelling the fumes out of the filter housing through a housing outlet. The motor has a power ranging from 7.5 to 10.0 horsepower for moving air through the assembly at speeds exceeding 6000 feet per minute (fpm) and at flow rates exceeding 2100 cubic feet per minute (cfm). The hood has a depth of 12 inches and the hood inlet has a width of 36.44 inches and a height of 12.51 inches.
