  • Patent number: 6913174
Abstract: A detachable carry clip assembly for an electronic device. The electronic device includes a housing and a power pack. The housing includes a power pack seat for receiving and retaining the power pack. A first portion of a member of the carry clip assembly couples into a recess on the top exterior of the electronic device and a second portion of a member extends into the power pack seat and is captured between the housing and the power pack when the power pack is received and retained in the power pack seat. The detachable carry clip assembly is detached from the electronic device by detaching the power pack from the power pack seat of the electronic device.

  • Patent number: 6011517
Abstract: A radio frequency (RF) antenna supporting and holding device. The antenna supporting and holding device is a molded dielectric substrate which may be used to hold, support, and position upper and lower RF antennas prior to attachment of the upper and lower RF antennas to underlying circuitry, such as a printed circuit board (PCB). The antenna supporting and holding device includes molded features for attachment to the PCB. After attachment of the upper and lower RF antennas to the antenna supporting and holding device, the device may be connected to the PCB independent of the attachment of the leads of the upper and lower RF antennas to the PCB. Thus, the antenna supporting and holding device allows the upper and lower RF antennas to be accurately positioned on the PCB prior to soldering the leads of the RF antennas to corresponding connection points on the PCB.

  • Patent number: 4440480
Abstract: A film saving apparatus for photographic camera in which a spring loaded stop member projects into the film path when the rear door of the camera is swung open. The stop member is positioned to engage a notched portion of the leader end of a conventional roll of 35 mm film after the tongue portion is received onto the take-up spool. The stop member is retracted when the camera door is closed by virtue of a camming action exerted by the door member on the stop member overcoming the action of the spring. The 35 mm film now passes over the stop member which is retracted out of the film path.

  • Patent number: 4044365
Abstract: A folding handle for photographic cameras of the type in which a film sheet assembly is withdrawn manually from the camera housing to effect spreading of processing fluid over the area of the sheet material during such withdrawal. The handle is connected to the camera housing on the end thereof opposite from the end at which the film is withdrawn in a manner to partially restrain relative rotational movement of the handle and the camera housing along the axis of film withdrawal but to allow freedom of rotation between the handle and the housing on all other axes. The handle is provided with a rectangular bail and is foldable to the recessed position in the camera housing during periods of nonuse.

  • Patent number: 3967302
Abstract: An accessory attachment for use with a camera of the type having a frontal housing for an objective lens, a shutter mechanism, camera function-controlling devices such as photocells and shutter or controls knobs or buttons, and provided with a socket for mounting a flash lamp. The attachment serves to mount accessories such as auxiliary portrait, wide-angle, or telephoto lenses, filter lenses for the camera's objective lens and photocell, auxiliary shutter or control knobs, and flash equipment in operative relation to the corresponding elements of the camera. The attachment comprises a housing mounting the accessories, receivable against wall-forming means of the camera, and having a movable latch member engageable with a strap or recess provided on the camera. A plug secured to the accessory attachment is slidably receivable in the flash lamp socket of the camera to cooperate with the latch member in locating and securing the attachment.
