Abstract: A substrate retaining apparatus, a load lock assembly comprising the substrate retaining apparatus, and a system including the substrate retaining apparatus are disclosed. The substrate retaining apparatus can include at least one sidewall and one or more heat shields. One or more of the at least one sidewall can include a cooling fluid conduit to facilitate cooling of substrates retained by the substrate retaining apparatus. Additionally or alternatively, one or more of the at least one sidewall can include a gas conduit to provide gas to a surface of a retained substrate.

Abstract: A neck-worn arm rest device receives and supports both of a user's arms proximate the user's chest. The device includes a main panel having a first end and a second end. The main panel is positioned to form a sleeve. The sleeve defines a channel configured for receiving both arms of a user therein to support the arms within the channel. A strap is coupled to and extends outwardly from the main panel. The strap is configured for being worn around a neck of the user. A pocket is coupled to an exterior surface of the main panel. The pocket has an open top end a closed bottom end.

Abstract: Gas distribution apparatus for use in substrate processing chambers are disclosed. In some embodiments, gas distribution apparatus may include a faceplate to distribute a gas to a substrate. The faceplate includes a first side that faces the substrate. A central region of the first side has a first surface finish and a peripheral region of the first side has a second surface finish different than the first. A plurality of gas distribution holes are disposed through the faceplate to allow the gas to pass through the faceplate to a volume disposed on the first side of the faceplate. A rabbet may be disposed along an outer periphery of the faceplate on the first side with a ring disposed in the rabbet and removably coupled to the faceplate to form the peripheral region. The ring has a second side having the second surface finish that faces the substrate during use.

Abstract: A system and method for processing particulars of a transaction over a network. The system comprises a supply chain tracking module for receiving supply chain event data from at least one supply chain monitor, the supply chain data relating to the condition or location of an item along a supply chain. The system also comprises a term and requirements module for receiving initial terms and requirements associated with the transaction and for generating modified terms and requirements based on supply chain event data and on at least one value algorithm, the modified terms and requirements being generated while the item is still in the supply chain.

Abstract: A system and method for screening data for restricted party screening. The system comprises an input for entering data, a screening system for screening the data against a database comprising restricted entities information, generating a match score based on the screening of the data, providing a data match based on the match score, and outputting the data match, a work queue for reviewing the data match, and a report generated based on the review of the data match.
