Abstract: A system for facilitating the process of hiring nurses and other medical workers utilizes a Mobile App and a Website that executes medical job transactions. It processes patient data hence reduces the likelihood of medical errors. The system works in conjunction with a scheduling system to schedule workers. It processes registration of medical workers for short term jobs and registers employers to post jobs. Posted job listings are displayed for workers. Once a worker applies, an alert is sent to the employer that posted the job. The employer views the worker's photo after hiring them and the worker is alerted on their mobile device and email. Employers pay electronically through credit card or bank account and workers are paid electronically. The system which identifies patients by patient identification number, location, sex and age verifies patient data by scanning QR Code or Barcode on patient's arm or bed.

Abstract: A Mobile Wireless Broadband Network Interface Card (MWBNIC) for networking electronic devices on a wireless broadband spectrum. The MWBNIC is built into electronic devices as a connecting modem or plugged in via external device ports such as USB. A microprocessor chip attached to a circuit board with a network packet controller coupled to a dedicated cache memory utilized to temporarily store the last N data packets from a node for networking WIFI maintains packet continuity. The network comes with protocols that control packet processing. The MWBNIC embedded packet control protocol (PCP) pushes, pops, compares and deletes packets from cache when a device is in motion. The PCP is connected to a mechanism for determining bandwidth on nodes, another mechanism for switching frequency to that of the next K-Node to connect to and a pre-determined connectivity data set that directly connects the modem in motion are means for networking broadband spectrum.

The system prevents data entry errors by providing touch buttons that limits typing of required information. Data is loaded in the button links at runtime. The method of architecting database schemas in conjunction with algorithms provides modules that dynamically automate processes including invoices on a mobile phone app. After authenticating a user on a mobile phone or computer, the algorithms display departmental user menus that provide functions based on user type. The rating mechanism which utilizes a numerical method to assign percentage values to a graphical rating input and stores it numerically in a database or file from where it is modified by a positive or negative value enables worker selection based on competence. The invention provides a window for displaying ads in the mobile apps in form of text, video or audio.

Abstract: A worker scheduling system that solves the problem of fluctuating work schedules and provide schedules on a mobile app. Employers and workers have a web based interface to the scheduler. Instantaneous changes to a schedule are reflected to a worker's mobile device with an alert. The system provides an automated worker schedule based on available resources if no human intervention comes in. It automatically assigns vehicles and equipment. User Settings are provided to restrict schedule display options which include individual schedule, by project, by supervisor or all workers. The scheduler taps into the worker's availability calendar to provide daily, weekly, monthly or annual schedules. The customizable scheduler provides aiding tools to workers based on their company activities. Second and third party clients enter work projects providing parameters that include number of employees required, required skills, start date, start time, end time and job duration utilized during auto scheduling.

Specific heat capacities shows how heat radiated from the sun is transmitted to water bodies, how deforested lands in the tropics accounts for extra warmth in the oceans lately, and how warm water moves to the poles.
