  • Publication number: 20240096461
Abstract: An inbound message including medical record content may be received. The inbound message may indicate a healthcare entity and a vendor entity. It may be determined, from the healthcare entity and stored correspondences between medical record formats and healthcare entities, that the medical record content of the inbound message is in a first medical record format. Which configuration record of stored configuration records specifying combinations of sets of rules may be determined to apply as a translation to the inbound message based upon the medical record content of the inbound message and the first medical record format. The sets of rules as indicated by the configuration record may be accessed and applied to the inbound message to translate the medical record content in the inbound message from the first medical record format to the standardized format. The standardized format may be transmitted to the vendor entity.

  • Publication number: 20220193744
Abstract: A device to level a metal plate fabricated from a material includes a frame, a leveling station, and a draw device. The leveling station includes a single upper roller and a pair of lower rollers in parallel arrangement and defining a serpentine path. A plunge depth is defined based upon a difference between a top-dead-center point of the lower rollers and a bottom-dead-center point of the single upper roller. A longitudinal spacing and the plunge depth are configured such that the single upper roller and the lower rollers are disposed to impart a bend radius on the metal plate as the metal plate is drawn or moved through the serpentine path such that the metal plate has line contact with the outer peripheral surfaces of the single upper roller and the lower rollers. The bend radius is selected to achieve plastification of the metal sheet.

  • Patent number: 10137488
Abstract: A device to level a metal plate fabricated from high-strength steel material includes a frame, a leveling station and a draw device. The leveling station includes a plurality of upper and lower rollers in parallel arrangement and defining a serpentine path. A plunge depth is defined based upon a difference between a top-dead-center point of the lower rollers and a bottom-dead-center point of contiguous upper rollers. A longitudinal spacing and the plunge depth are configured such that the upper rollers and the lower rollers are disposed to impart a bend radius on the metal plate as the metal plate is drawn, via the draw device, through the serpentine path such that the metal plate conforms to the outer peripheral surfaces of the upper rollers and the lower rollers. The bend radius is selected to achieve plastification of the metal sheet.

  • Patent number: 10010918
Abstract: A method uses a device to level a metal plate fabricated from high-strength metal material. The method includes providing a serpentine path between a plurality of upper and lower rollers in parallel arrangement to define a longitudinal spacing. The upper and lower rollers are positioned relative to one another such that a plunge depth is defined based upon a difference between a top-dead-center point of the lower rollers and a bottom-dead-center point of contiguous upper rollers, and a longitudinal spacing and the plunge depth are configured such that the upper rollers and the lower rollers are disposed to impart a bend radius on the metal plate as the metal plate is drawn through the serpentine path such that the metal plate bends about the outer peripheral surfaces of the upper and lower rollers. The bend radius is selected to achieve a desired plastification of the metal sheet.

  • Publication number: 20060148596
Abstract: A practice machine for receiving a thrown ball and returning it to a user is generally provided with a backstop for stopping the thrown ball, a pan disposed below the backstop for collecting the ball, a ball return adjacent the backstop for expelling the ball, and a trough disposed between the pan and the ball return for feeding the ball from the pan to the ball return. The ball return can adjust between ball sizes and vary the trajectory of expelled balls. Moreover, the ball return can be equipped with safety features including a proximity sensor, audible alerts, speed adjustment and tamper resistant controls. Further, the ball return can alternate between a MANUAL mode and an AUTOMATIC mode. The backstop of the practice machine can be collapsible to permit convenient storage and ease of transportation.

  • Patent number: 5522608
Abstract: A method and apparatus for a self compensating and geometrically centering jaw type chuck for engaging and retaining a workpiece, particularly an asymmetric workpiece, wherein a geometric center of the workpiece is aligned with a rotation axis of the chuck. The chuck includes two opposing jaws each of which is rotatable about a pivot pin extending from a radially adjustable jaw slide. Each jaw includes an outer end that is slidably and rotatably coupled to a rotatable ring symmetrically disposed about the rotation axis by a synchronizing pin having a first end rotatably disposed on the rotatable ring, and a second end, slidably engagable with the outer end of the jaw. The rotation of one jaw about the pivot pin rotates, in synchronism, the rotatable ring and the other jaw to maintain the geometric center of the asymmetric workpiece in alignment with the rotation axis of the chuck. The jaw slides are radially adjustable to open and close the jaws by reciprocating a piston along the rotation axis of the chuck.
