Abstract: A method includes forming a first de-bond structure over a first substrate, where forming the first de-bond structure includes depositing a first de-bond layer over the first substrate, depositing a first silicon layer over the first de-bond layer, depositing a second de-bond layer over the first silicon layer, and depositing a second silicon layer over the second de-bond layer, epitaxially growing a first multi-layer stack over the first de-bond structure, bonding the first multi-layer stack to a second multi-layer stack, and performing a first laser annealing process to ablate the first silicon layer and portions of the first de-bond layer and the second de-bond layer in order to de-bond the first substrate from the first multi-layer stack.

Abstract: Provided herein are antigenic molecules that can be used to generate antibodies capable of binding to a vitamin D derivative, such as 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 and/or 25-hydroxyvitamin D3, or a 25-hydroxyvitamin D analog, such as a vitamin D-C22 immunogenic molecule or compound. Antibodies produced using these antigenic molecules, and related antigenic compounds, are also described. In addition, disclosed herein are methods for detecting vitamin D deficiency in a subject, methods for treating a subject suspected of having a vitamin D deficiency, methods for monitoring progression of vitamin D deficiency in a subject, and methods for monitoring treatment of vitamin D deficiency in a subject in need thereof. The methods involve the detection or quantification of 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 and D3.

Abstract: The systems and methods disclosed herein receives artifacts generated using a first set of models within a multi-model superstructure. The multi-model superstructure includes a second set of models to test the first set of models. The multi-model superstructure dynamically routes the artifacts of the first set of models to one or more models of the second set of models by (i) determining a set of dimensions of the artifacts against which to evaluate the artifacts and (ii) identifying the models in the second set used to test the particular dimension. The second set of models then assesses each artifact against a set of assessment metrics. If an artifact fails to meet one or more assessment metrics, the second set of models generates actions to align the artifact with the set of assessment metrics.

Abstract: The present teaching relates to method, system, medium, and implementations for product recommendation. For each media article, it is determined whether the media article corresponds to commerce content. If so, the media article may be combined with information about a product promoted in the media article to generate combined content. An integrated content to be sent to the user is generated to include combined content for each media article that is commerce content and each media article that is not commerce content. Such integrated content is then sent to the user.

Abstract: An automated planning system obtains media advertising order specifications associated with media placement orders, wherein the media advertising order specifications include flexibility attributes associated with media items referenced in the media placement orders. The planning system generates an orders table including order information associated with individual orders, an inventory table including inventory information associated with individual inventory items, and an association table including association scores indicating levels of association between the individual inventory items and the individual orders, wherein the association scores are based on the flexibility attributes. The media placement orders are booked into a plan lineup based, at least in part, on the association scores.

The devices of the network that provide the statistics synchronize their clocks to a time source. The statistics collector can request the devices to read their counters at a specified time. The counter values are stored and time-stamped on the devices. The statistics collector can later retrieve the stored counter values from the devices and correlate the statistics by the time-stamps.

Abstract: A method and compositions are provided for increased cerebral bioavailability of blood-born compositions by administering the composition of interest while increasing production of NO by eNOS, especially by administering L-arginine, by administering agents that increase NO levels independent of ecNOS, or by any combination of these methods. As NO is increased, cerebral blood flow is consequently increased, and drugs in the blood stream are carried along with the increased flow into brain tissue. By increased flow, the site of action will be exposed to more drug molecules. By stimulating increased NO production, administration of drugs that are not easily introduced to the brain may be facilitated and/or the serum concentration necessary to achieve desired physiologic effects may be reduced.

Abstract: A new use for HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors is provided. In the instant invention, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors are found to upregulate endothelial cell Nitric Oxide Synthase activity through a mechanism other than preventing the formation of oxidative-LDL. As a result, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors are useful in treating or preventing conditions that result from the abnormally low expression and/or activity of endothelial cell Nitric Oxide Synthase. Such conditions include pulmonary hypertension, ischemic stroke, impotence, heart failure, hypoxia-induced conditions, insulin deficiency, progressive renal disease, gastric or esophageal motility syndrome, etc. Subjects thought to benefit mostly from such treatments include nonhyperlipidemics and nonhypercholesterolemics, but not necessarily exclude hyperlipidemics and hypercholesterolemics.

Abstract: This invention provides new methods and compounds for controlling the intracellular and physiological effects of steroid hormones, including but not limited to estrogen, through modulation of the interaction of such hormone receptors with phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase.
