  • Publication number: 20160085986
Abstract: A system and method are provided for detecting fraud and/or misuse of data in a computer environment through generating a rule for monitoring at least one of transactions and activities that are associated with the data. The rule can be generated based on one or more criteria related to the at least one of the transactions and the activities that is indicative of fraud or misuse of the data. The rule can be applied to the at least one of the transactions and the activities to determine if an event has occurred, where the event occurs if the at least one criteria has been met. • Publication number: 20160036170
Abstract: A connector module includes a housing, a cable, and a gasket. The housing is defined by a first shell and a second shell that mate at a seam. The housing includes a cable exit region defining a passage from a cable opening to an interior chamber of the housing. The cable is coupled to and extends from the cable exit region of the housing. A passage segment of the cable is disposed within the housing along the passage. A distal end of the cable is disposed within the interior chamber. The gasket is helically wrapped around the passage segment of the cable and positioned within the cable exit region of the housing. As the first and second shells are mated, the gasket seals the passage between an outer perimeter of the passage segment of the cable and an inner surface of the cable exit region.

  • Patent number: 9059640
Abstract: This invention relates to a control circuit for a buck power factor correction (PFC) stage. Buck PFC stages are commonly used in low cost, high efficiency power converters. These buck PFC stages are typically controlled using a very slow control loop with a crossover frequency of the order of 10 to 20 Hz. However, such a slow response is unsuitable for applications requiring overvoltage protection. The present invention overcomes the problems with the known control circuits for buck PFC stages by implementing a two stage control circuit having a fast outer loop control circuit and a slow inner loop control circuit. The fast outer loop control circuit is in operation during low load conditions and the slow inner loop control circuit is only active under load.

  • Publication number: 20150103566
Abstract: Example embodiments of the systems and methods of CCM primary-side regulation disclosed herein subtract an estimate of the secondary IR drop from each output voltage sample. This allows a fixed sample instant to be set (with regard to the beginning of the off or flyback interval), and removes the need to hunt for or adjust to an optimum sample instant, or one with minimum IR drop error. The estimate of the IR drop may be adjusted on a cycle-by-cycle basis, based on the commanded primary peak current, knowing that the peak secondary current will be directly proportional by the turns ratio of the transformer. For improved accuracy, an adjustment may be made for the decay of secondary current during the delay to the sample instant, if the inductance value is known.

  • Patent number: 8949369
Abstract: Remote access service is provided between two or more computers on a network to facilitate a variety of activities, including desktop sharing, web-meetings, and web-conferences. A first computer sends its connection information to a server. The server stores the connection information for the first computer. A second computer may make a request to the server to remotely access the first computer. The server sends to the second computer the connection information it has stored for the first computer. The second computer uses the connection information for the first computer to send to the first computer connection information for the second computer via direct network connection. From this point on, the first computer and the second computer exchange data for remote access via a direct network connection, independently of the server.
