Abstract: A Subject MI policy is enhanced by two new features that decrease the frequency of foreclosures and lower the total cost of claims such that the provider becomes the low cost producer. These features comprise advances of up to 6 months of mortgage payments to the lender on behalf of the homeowner following verifiable involuntary job loss, and payments for underwater insurance claims to the lender on behalf of the homeowner equal to the difference between the mortgage balance and the higher of the resale price or index value of the home when sold. The information technology (IT) platform enables seamless integration of the new features with lender and servicer systems. The counterintuitive cost advantage of such enhanced policies is revealed by a comprehensive financial analysis of conservative assumptions.

Abstract: Computer-implemented systems and methods for presenting personalized custom product designs to the customers of a second company. Email content promoting customizable products and containing images of product designs is prepared by the product vendor and supplied to a second company. The second company creates and sends an email containing the content to customers of the second company. If a recipient of the email selects one of the product images presented in the email, an identifier of the selected image and information about the email recipient are forwarded to the product vendor. The received recipient information is incorporated into the selected design to create a customized product design, which is displayed to the recipient for review.
