Patent number: 10053858Abstract: A demountable modular wall system including a series of individual glass panels that can be positioned adjacent to each other. Each of the individual glass panels is supported by a panel height adjustment mechanism that allows the height of each side of the glass panel to be adjusted. Each wall panel includes an upper trim section that is stationary relative to the movable glass panels. Each of the individual glass panels can include a stiffening channel to reinforce the vertical side edges of the glass panel. A vertical trim section can be attached to cover the panel joint between adjacent glass panels. A sliding door track can be attached to the top end of the wall panel to support a sliding door.Type: GrantFiled: January 30, 2013Date of Patent: August 21, 2018Assignee: Krueger International, Inc.Inventors: Andrew J. Patent number: 9447579Abstract: A demountable modular wall system including a series of individual wall panels that can be positioned adjacent to each other. The demountable system includes a doorway defined by a pair of spaced vertical posts and a horizontal header. In one embodiment, a sliding glass door is movable along a sliding door track mounted to the horizontal header. A lower trim assembly mounted to the bottom end of the sliding glass door adjusts the overall height of the door. The doorway can also include a pivoting glass door. The pivoting glass door includes a bottom pivot assembly having a bottom clamp adjustably positioned along a bottom end of the pivoting glass door. The adjustable bottom clamp can be moved along the bottom end of the pivoting glass door and receives a pivot pin supported on the floor. A top pivot assembly includes a movable plunger that defines a portion of the pivot axis for the pivoting glass door.Type: GrantFiled: August 18, 2014Date of Patent: September 20, 2016Assignee: Krueger International, Inc.Inventors: Andrew J. Kopish, Michael Salzman, Nathan A. Quintal, Timothy J. LaFleur, James M. Durand

Patent number: 8069795Abstract: A flip-type nesting table includes a frame, a tabletop that pivots between an operative position and a storage position and a hinge and latch assembly that controls the movement of the tabletop between the operative position and the storage position. The hinge and latch assembly includes a pair of hinge brackets that each mount to a rear cross-member. Each hinge bracket includes a front latch that engages a front cross-member to hold the tabletop in the operative position. A rear latch is operable to engage the rear cross-member to hold the tabletop in its upright, storage position. The hinge and latch assembly includes a pull handle coupled to a cross bar that can be used to simultaneously move the latch members to allow movement of the tabletop between the usage position and the storage position.Type: GrantFiled: June 11, 2009Date of Patent: December 6, 2011Assignee: Krueger International, Inc.Inventors: Scott J. Williams, James M. Durand, John K. Blomstrom
