Abstract: A system for project accountability services comprises a processor and a tangible, non-transitory memory configured to communicate with the processor, the tangible, non-transitory memory having instructions stored thereon that, in response to execution by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising receiving a user validation data, validation the user based on the user validation data to generate a validated user, receiving a request for service from the validated user, and providing, in response to the request for service, a project assessment and requirement accountability service comprising a knowledge catalog, an assessment process module, an accountability process module, an attestation process module, an evidence record, a project accountability schema, and a cryptographic key manager.
