    Abstract: A method of staging a transaction includes receiving transaction information including a transaction type selection, a send amount, sender and recipient information, and compliance data. A staging record is generated responsive to the transaction information including at least a retrieval key to identify the staging record and a transaction type identifier expressing the transaction type selection. The transaction type selection is detected from the staging record, which is sent to an agent terminal set up to handle the transaction. The method further includes providing instructions for fulfillment of the transaction at the agent terminal. The transaction is rejected if the retrieval key does not lead to the staging record and the transaction proceeds if the retrieval key leads to the staging record. The transaction proceeds if the send amount and compliance data are consistent with applicable compliance rules and the transaction is rejected if the compliance rules are not met.

Within the secure enclosure a plurality of shelves are provided. Each shelf may have its own scale for the purpose of weighing the contents supported by its shelf. Each shelf may be designed for the storage of one particular denomination of rolled coin. Monitoring circuitry interfaces with the scales for the purpose of determining the quantity of rolls upon each shelf, and the possibility for an erroneous deposit or removal of rolls supported by a shelf or an improper access to other contents on the shelf. A further approach detects multiple types of rolls of coins utilizing a single scale.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a melt-processable fiber-bonding agent made of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF), such as KYNAR® PVDF from Arkema, as well as to fibrous materials bonded with the PVDF fiber-bonding agent. The PVDF fiber-bonding agent is a low-melt temperature, low melt viscosity PVDF polymer or copolymer with excellent chemical and oxidative resistance properties, and is suitable for bonding fibers in non-woven fabrics, especially for use in chemically-aggressive environments. The PVDF fiber-bonding agent composition allows it to be processed into fibers on conventional melt spinning equipment. The PVDF fiber-bonding agent is introduced into non-woven fabric in the form of a continuous fiber web or as a component of a mixed fiber formulation. When heated above its melting point, the lower melting point PVDF fiber-bonding agent of the invention bonds the fibers of the fiber framework at the fiber cross-over points.
