Abstract: A parking enforcement device can be secured to a surface adjacent to the area designated as NO PARKING. The enforcement device can include an elongated hollow body, a window provided to the tubular body, a battery, an internal frame assembly disposed inside of the elongated hollow body, and a camera disposed inside of the elongated hollow body. The internal frame assembly defines a cavity in which the battery is located. A camera support pole extends vertically upwards from the internal frame assembly. The camera is secured to the camera support pole and located vertically along the camera support pole such that the camera views outward through the window. A solar panel can be provided atop the parking enforcement device to recharge the battery.

Abstract: Processes of diagnosing or treating an autoimmune abnormality are provided whereby the presence of IgA anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) in a subject are detected correlating with both presence and severity of disease such as Wegener's granulomatosis (WG). The FCAR genotype predicts whether IgA ANCA will be stimulatory or inhibitory of neutrophil activation such that in subjects with an inhibitory genotype, IgA ANCA will act as an inhibitor of disease severity, and in subjects with a proinflammatory genotype, IgA ANCA will increase disease severity as observed by increased prevalence of renal disease in WG. Thus, individualized medical treatment is possible based on determination of the presence of IgA ANCA and FCAR genotype.

Abstract: A method for managing an individual's personal medical information includes creating an online medical information record which contains the individual's stored personal medical information, providing the individual with a physical credit card sized card which includes the individual's key medical information from the individual's online medical information record that would be most needed in times of medical emergency and directions for accessing the individual's online medical information record, enabling the individual to update his or her online medical information record with the individual's most recent medical information; and enabling the individual and others to view a read only version of the individual's online medical information record.

Abstract: A relational break signal generating device including two relational comparators which independently compare an address input from a microprocessor to reference addresses previously input thereto and generate output signals which are fed into a combinational logic circuit that produces false and break signals when a prespecified relationship between the input program address and the two reference addresses occurs. The device also includes a circuit for generating pulses each time a break point is detected.
