  • Patent number: 11964137
Abstract: A device for aseptic delivery of biological material from a vial includes a tubular barrel, a filter assembly, and a dispersion assembly. The dispersion assembly is at least partially disposed within the tubular barrel. The dispersion assembly includes a dispersion element, a piston, and a one-way valve. The dispersion element is in fluid communication with the vial to disperse the biological material from the vial. The piston is disposed at the distal end of the dispersion assembly and is in sealing contact with the tubular barrel. The one-way valve forms a fluid passageway in fluid communication with the dispersion element and the tubular barrel. The one-way valve is configured to allow a flow of the dispersed biological material from the dispersion element, through the fluid passageway, and into the tubular barrel, and to prevent a flow of the dispersed biological material from the tubular barrel into the dispersion assembly.

  • Publication number: 20090106993
Abstract: An apparatus for measuring, leveling, securing and plumbing. The apparatus contains a slide element slidably mounted to a body element. The body element is fixed to a base element. The slide element defines a viewing channel for viewing a side level fixed to the body element. The slide element has a pair of longitudinal trapezoidal rails fixed to the back of the slide element and running its length. The body element has a pair of longitudinal trapezoidal channels along the front of the body element. The channels within the body element receive the rails of the slide element to slidably fix the slide element to the body element. The slide element may be moved along the body element to a set position, the apparatus aligned, and the slide element locked into place for measuring or plumbing.

  • Patent number: 5354616
Abstract: Novel fishing lines, and related products, especially monofilamentary products, of polyesters that are biodegradable and disintegrate, when immersed over a period of weeks or months in water, to avoid residues thereof obstructing the aqueous environment, but are storage-stable, i.e.. do not disintegrate while being stored in air, before such lengthy immersion.
