The method also includes determining the location of the object. A plurality of friend records is provided wherein the friend records identify interest in respective subject matter and the general location of the friend. A friend interested in the subject matter of the object is identified and their respective location. If the object is potentially viewable to the interested friend, a notification of the object is sent to the individual.
