    Abstract: A wind-powered boat has a pair of spaced apart, fixed hull sections and a castering front hull between the side hull sections. A turret section is supported for rotation on the boat and has a foot-powered winch on which a load line and a pair of control lines of a maneuverable parafoil are wound. Hand-manipulated control reins engage the control lines for maneuvering the parafoil. A foot-operated steering mechanism controls movement of the rudder to steer the boat. A collapsing ring is slideable over the parafoil for collapsing and supporting the parafoil when retrieved. A launching ring releasably supports the parafoil until it is launched.

    Abstract: Exercise apparatus comprises a frame having a base portion and an upright portion. A seat member and a back member are pivoted to one another at confronting ends and the seat member is provided with pivoted supporting legs which also are pivoted to the base portion of the frame. The back member is provided with supporting arms which may be accommodated in any one of a number of socket-like retainers carried by the upright portion of the frame. The construction and arrangement are such that the seat and back members may be located in any one of a number of different positions relative to one another to facilitate the performance of different kinds of exercises.
