Abstract: A warewash machine includes a chamber for receiving wares, the chamber having at least one spray zone in which a liquid is recirculatable from a tank to a spray assembly for spraying the liquid on wares. A delime system is configured for delivering a delime solution to the tank. A controller is configured for operation in at least one ware cleaning mode and at least one delime operation mode. The controller is configured such that, in the delime operation mode, the delime system is controlled to carry out a delime operation in which the controller (i) controls the delime system to deliver delime solution into the tank and (ii) carries out an acidity reduction process to reduce acidity of the delime solution.

Abstract: Novel plasmid constructs useful for the delivery of DNA vaccines are provided having a transcription cassette capable of directing the expression of a vaccine nucleic acid insert encoding immunogens derived from any pathogen, including fungi, bacteria and viruses. The constructs are useful for inducing in a patient an immune response against pathogenic viruses such as HIV, measles or influenza. Immunodeficiency virus vaccine inserts of the present invention express non-infectious HIV virus-like particles (VLP) bearing multiple viral epitopes. VLPs allow presentation of the epitopes to multiple histocompatability types. Also described are methods for immunizing a patient by delivery of a novel plasmid of the present invention to a patient. Optionally, the immunization protocol may include a booster vaccination that may be a live vector vaccine such as a recombinant pox virus or modified vaccinia Arbora vector having a transcription cassette expressing the same vaccine insert as the primary immunizing vector.

A traffic profile is determined based on a comparison of digital map data to vehicle location data of the eligible service requests.

Abstract: A harness-like fishing gear holder vest upon which various pouches are mounted for storing fishing supplies and caught fish. The harness includes two shoulder straps on which are attached six pockets, three on the front of each straps. The two straps are attached to a waist belt, which has two additional pouches attached to the sides. A chest strap is provided between the two shoulder straps. Two adjustable rod-holding rings for holding a fishing rod are attached to the straps. This enables the user's hands to be free for performing various other activities. A detachable line cutter and a snap hook are placed on the waist belt by looped snap bands. Pouches are attached to the shoulder straps by clamp-like clips. The device is fully adjustable, fastened with VELCRO belt and shoulder adjustment. The vest is worn by an angler while wading in water up to his chest.
