    Abstract: A lottery-type gaming system having multiple levels of play. The gaming system includes a plurality of playing cards and a master game card. Each of the playing cards includes at least one game symbol displayed thereon. Game symbols which are winning game symbols are displayed upon at least one of the playing cards. The master game card includes a plurality of playing levels. Each playing level includes at least one winning game symbol. At least one winning game symbol present in a first playing level is absent from successive playing levels. Each successive playing level includes a winning game symbol present in each previous playing level.
