Abstract: A fastener system and method includes a controller having one or more processors that obtain image information associated with a tie plate. The tie plate includes one or more holes, and each hole is configured to receive a fastener. A fastener driving unit drives the fastener into at least one of the one or more holes. The controller controls movement of the fastener driving unit to move the fastener driving unit to a location corresponding to the at least one hole, and the controller controls movement of the fastener driving unit to drive the fastener into the at least one hole.

Abstract: A container for storing pourable contents having a cover with a spout wall upwardly extending from the top surface of the cover. The spout wall has a pouring section which gradually reduces in height to the front of the spout. On either side of the pouring section the spout wall also has a spill inhibiting section to prevent spilling as the contents of the container is poured. The container also has a removable lid which mates with the spout wall to prevent contents from spilling over the spout wall when the container is being used for dispensing.

In particular, there is provided a composition comprising at least one compound having the formula R1R2NR3, wherein R1, R2 and R3, are selected from the group consisting of hydrido, alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, cycloalkyl, cycloaryl, cycloheteroaryl, alkenyl and alkynyl. In particular, the compounds and compositions of the invention are suitable for preventing, reducing and/or eliminating biofilms and/or fouling.

Abstract: A composition for delivering a stable, bioactive compound to a subject comprising a first component and a second component, the first component comprises microparticles of sugar glass or a phosphate glass containing the bioactive agent. The sugar glass or phosphate glass optionally includes a glass formation facilitator compound, and the second component comprises at least one biocompatible liquid perfluorocarbon in which the first component is insoluble and dispersed. The liquid perfluorocarbon optionally includes a surfactant.
