Publication number: 20260087160Abstract: Provided herein are systems, methods, and computer-storage media for managing data object access in a catalog service account. The method includes detecting, at a catalog service account, by a catalog manager (CM), a user request to access a data object. The user request includes identification information of the user and a principal role associated with the user. The CM retrieves one or more catalog roles from a first catalog of the catalog service account. The one or more catalog roles correspond to the principal role. The CM determines a set of hierarchical data objects based on the user request. The set of hierarchical data objects comprise the data object. The CM performs a determination of whether access privileges of the set of hierarchical data objects and access privileges of the one or more catalog roles allow access to the data object. The CM grants access to the data object based on the determination.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 23, 2024Publication date: March 26, 2026Inventors: Damien Carru, Xianyin Chen, Michael Collado, Benoit Dageville, Dennis Huo, Tyler Jones, Dennis Edgar Lynch, James Malone, Subramanian Muralidhar, Maninderjit Singh Parmar, Saurin Shah

Publication number: 20090155794Abstract: Artificially synthesizing 29 homozygous cystic fibrosis core panel controls demonstrates placing multiple homozygous mutant sequences on the same single control DNA sequence to streamline quality control by minimizing extra control assays, time, and costly formatted test materials and testing all controls during every test. Any rare or unavailable reported DNA sequence can be PCR amplified using primer pairs synthesized with the designated mutation or variant sequence with paired adjacent upstream and downstream primers to amplify target sequences in total genomic DNA.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 5, 2008Publication date: June 18, 2009Applicant: CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTER OF AKRONInventors: Roger Lebo, James Malone

Publication number: 20070246297Abstract: The resilient plate (2) may be in the form of a nail plate with punched out nails (6) on respective flanges (3) and a resilient connecting portion (5). A plurality of the resilient plates (2) connect spaced apart pairs of studs and top and bottom plates to form a prefabricated building frame such as a wall. The resilient plates (2), utilising mass-spring-mass principles of sound attenuation, will react to sound impacting on the elements of the building frame to provide a required sound attenuation. In alternative embodiments the plate (2) may define a stud and/or may have one of its flanges securable to a masonry or concrete wall.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 9, 2004Publication date: October 25, 2007Inventors: Johan Gerlich, James Malone
