Patent number: 12403250Abstract: An infusion set, including a set having a skin contacting surface, a catheter extending from the set, and a flexible ring having an integral fluid path therethrough. The flexible ring is configured to expand to a first diameter to allow placement over the set, and contract to a second diameter to securely circumscribe an outer diameter of the set. The infusion set also includes a tubing length secured to the flexible ring, and a fitting or spike disposed at an end of the tubing length and extending into the flexible ring. The fitting or spike is configured to sealably mate with an opening of the set to permit communication of a medicament therebetween.Type: GrantFiled: February 4, 2021Date of Patent: September 2, 2025Assignee: Becton, Dickinson and CompanyInventors: Tyson Lawrence, James McGee, Todd Taylor, Rob Colonna, Eric Sugalski, Zenas Lu, Chris K. Publication number: 20220314094Abstract: A basketball training device that presents an elevated target suspended between the player and the basketball goal. Preferred embodiments of the device include a moveable base, a telescoping mast and a horizontally oriented arm featuring a target. The device is used to teach a player to shoot a basketball by perfecting the arc of the shot from the player's hands to the goal. The target is positioned between the player and the goal such that the player shoots over the target to make a basket. The mast can be raised and lowered using a winch and pulley system to adjust the device to the player's individual height and arm length. The device can be disassembled for storage and transport. The device trains the player to shoot the basketball with the correct arc to consistently make their shot.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 6, 2021Publication date: October 6, 2022Inventor: James McGee

Patent number: 9561520Abstract: A fluid sprayer includes a rigid fluid conduit extending along a conduit axis between longitudinally opposed open conduit first and second ends. A spray nozzle having a fluid-expulsion bore is connected to the conduit second end such that the nozzle can pivot about a nozzle-pivot axis that extends orthogonally to the conduit axis and fluid introduced into the conduit first end is expelled through the fluid-expulsion bore. An attachment-mounting arm is connected to the fluid conduit for pivotal movement about an arm-pivot axis having a component of spatial extension orthogonal to the conduit axis and being longitudinally non-displaceable relative to the rigid fluid conduit. Moreover, the attachment-mounting arm is selectively lockable into a plurality of discrete angular positions relative to the conduit and configured to removably retain a surface-engaging attachment designed for engaging a surface to be cleaned.Type: GrantFiled: May 4, 2014Date of Patent: February 7, 2017Assignee: HYDE TOOLS, Inc.Inventors: Paul Metaxatos, James McGee, Julie Chiappari, Joel Nevin, Richard M. Farland, Corey Talbot
