Abstract: A computer implemented method performed by a payment processing system includes receiving a payment request from a payor and extracting payment data from the payment request. The payment data includes payee identification data and payment amount data. The method includes determining additional payment information required to complete the payment and dynamically generating a payment information request form. The payment information request form includes requests for specific data from the payor based on the determined additional payment information. The method includes validating the payment request based on the received payment request and the determined additional payment information to determine if the payment request is valid. The method includes generating a payment request data packet, the generation of the payment request data packet based on the payment request being determined to be a valid payment request.

Abstract: A computer implemented method performed by a global transaction processing system includes receiving a transaction request from an originator, the transaction request includes transactional data. The method includes validating the transactional data to determine one or more parameters associated with the requested transaction. The method includes dynamically generating a transaction information request form, the transaction request form including one or more requests for specific transactional data from the originator based on the one or more parameters associated with the requested transaction. The method includes transmitting the transaction information form to the originator and receiving the requested specific transactional data from the originator.

Abstract: An information management system for storing related documents, messages, and customer inquires as electronic images for retrieval in a controlled and secure manner. The system is centrally maintained, and provides the capability to manage and integrate different forms of information among multiple remote offices. Information is treated as transaction-related items and are linked together by transaction folders. Inbound paper-based documents are scanned, indexed and reviewed by preprocessing. Document processing from folders is conducted by assigning the item to a Trade Service Representative (TSR) based on routing rules defined by the System Administrator. The TSR has a queue containing documents and inquiries for processing, providing the transaction service representative with a single point of reference to data related to a Letter of Credit, a reimbursement, a collection, and a guarantee. Document work flow can be monitored for backlog and assigned work levels.
