  • Publication number: 20130093381
Abstract: A power charger circuit converts input energy to DC output energy, with the input energy flowing in a first direction such as via a cable having multiple conductors to provide the output energy, with the power charger including at least one switch having an open state and a closed state, the open state to interrupt the flow of input energy and the power charging circuit allowing for energy flow in a second direction opposite the first direction so that the switch may be moved to the closed state.

  • Publication number: 20110050687
Abstract: A data processing system includes a rendering system adapted to process data objects to render display frames for presentation via a visual display screen. The display frames include 2D display items corresponding to the data objects, each display item having a 2D screen location within the display frame defined by reference to an X/Y display plane. The rendering system renders stereoscopic 3D views of display frames by rendering left- and right-eye views of the display frames. The left- and right-eye views of the display frames are rendered by processing the data objects corresponding to the 2D display items such that respective left- and right-eye copies of the 2D display items are included in the left- and right-eye views. A set of 3D effects rules is provided that specify relationships between stereoscopic 3D effects and parameters associated with the data objects corresponding to the 2D display items.

  • Publication number: 20070145945
Abstract: A method and system for validating whether a battery charging device is authorized to charge a battery. An identifier from the battery charging device is received. It is evaluated whether the identifier meets at least one predetermined criteria. The battery charging device is allowed to charge the battery if the identifier meets the at least one predetermined criteria.
