Abstract: A method of cleaning a chamber of a plasma processing device to remove depositions formed after the plasma processing device has been used to deposit a dielectric material including silicon and carbon by introducing a first cleaning gas mixture into the chamber through a first gas inlet in a first introducing step; generating a first plasma in the chamber from the first cleaning gas mixture in a first cleaning step; introducing a second cleaning gas mixture into a remote plasma source in a second introducing step; generating a second plasma in the remote plasma source from a second cleaning gas mixture in a remote plasma generating step; and performing a second cleaning step by allowing fluorine radicals from the second plasma to enter the chamber and introducing a third cleaning gas mixture into the chamber at the same time as the fluorine radicals from the second plasma.

Abstract: A liquid distribution system for a crop sprayer having a laterally extendable boom includes a first product tank configured to contain a first liquid, one or more auxiliary product tank(s) configured to contain an additional liquid(s), a first fluid power source in fluid communication with the first product tank, a pressurized air source in fluid communication with the auxiliary product tank, at least one mixing valve carried by the boom, and at least one nozzle carried by the boom and configured to receive mixed liquid from the at least one mixing valve. The mixing valve(s) are configured to receive the first liquid and the additional liquid(s), and form the mixed liquid. Crop sprayers and related methods are also disclosed.

Abstract: A vehicle includes a chassis, ground-engaging elements configured to support the chassis, support assemblies supporting the chassis on the ground-engaging elements, adjustable axles configured to change a lateral distance from the chassis to each of the support assemblies, and a controller configured to move the chassis laterally along the axles without changing a track width between ground-engaging elements on opposing sides of the chassis. Disclosed methods may be used to remove and install application systems on the vehicle.

Abstract: A liquid distribution system for a crop sprayer includes a product tank configured to contain a liquid, a pump in fluid communication with the product tank, a plurality of nozzles carried by a boom and configured to receive the liquid from the pump, a recirculation line connecting the plurality of nozzles to the product tank, and a bypass line connecting the pump to the product tank. The recirculation line includes an on/off valve configured to alternatively block or permit flow through the recirculation line. The bypass line includes a second on/off valve configured to alternatively block or permit flow through the bypass line. Related crop sprayers and methods are also disclosed.
