    Abstract: A cigar cutter having both a v-shaped cutting blade and a straight cutting blade on opposing sides of a housing having two central apertures for selective placement of the cap of a cigar. A spring biased locking mechanism keeps the blades in a closed position so that the apertures are closed to prevent accidental cutting. The blades are spring biased into an open position and it is against this spring bias that the user must press one end of the housing to effect the cutting effect.
