The first synthesis portion includes at least one input device, at least one material collection device, at least one container and at least one configurable flow direction device. The second synthesis portion includes a support platform and at least one substance processing device structure, wherein at least one of the support platform and the at least one substance processing device structure is configurable to dispose the at least one substance processing device structure adjacent the at least one container.
