  • Publication number: 20240119796
Abstract: A gaming system comprising a presentation assembly, one or more player input devices, and game-logic circuitry. The presentation assembly presents a multi-game management interface including presentation elements for participating game slots, active games, and search tools and a multi-game interface for playing games associated with the game slots. The game-logic circuitry collects game data for active games, compares, in response to player selection of a first search tool, the collected game data to predefined search criteria of the first search tool. The presentation assembly updates the presentation elements of the active games to be organized based on the comparison, visually links the presentation element of a first participating game slot with the presentation element of a first game in response to player input adding the first game, and unlinks, in response to player input removing the first game, the presentation elements of the first game and the first game slot.

  • Publication number: 20230350141
Abstract: A method of aligning optical signals in a fiber optic switching device with one or two phase light modulators (PLMs) includes configuring the phase elements of the PLMs with first initial settings, to direct an optical signal from an input fiber to an output fiber. An initial position displacement of a center of the signal image from a center of the output fiber is estimated. Corrected settings for the phase elements are calculated so that when the corrected settings are applied to the phase elements, a corrected signal image of the optical signal has a corrected position displacement from the center of the output fiber that is less than the initial position displacement. A fiber optic switching device has processing circuitry and a memory component configured to execute steps of the method of aligning the optical signals.

  • Publication number: 20230115885
Abstract: A system, device and method to pick and/or place specimen containers may include a pick and/or place head, a first secondary reservoir, and optionally a second secondary reservoir which hold cryogenic fluid in a liquid form, above a main reservoir of cryogenic liquid, to cool the pick and/or place head and/or to cool or recharge the specimen containers during transfer operations. Storage locations may be arrayed in wedge-shaped sets spaced above cryogenic liquid of the main reservoir of a cryogenic storage tank at one or more levels, and pivotal about a central axis via a motor and control system. A gap (e.g., wedge shaped gap) between two successively angularly adjacent sets of storage locations of the sets of storage locations at an upper level provides access to the storage locations of the sets of storage locations at a lower level. Cryogenic liquid temperatures and levels in reservoirs are monitored.

  • Publication number: 20220342202
Abstract: A calibration circuit providing a programmable voltage generator that is selectively connectable to a first capacitor plate of a capacitive structure to supply a voltage thereto. A reference voltage generator is coupled to the output of the programmable voltage generator and generates a reference voltage. A comparator receives the reference voltage and a discharging voltage from the capacitive structure during a discharge period and, based on those inputs, generates a signal that is output to a digital controller. A constant current source is selectively connectable to the capacitive structure to generate a constant current. Based on the output of the comparator, the constant current, and a count representing a time during which the discharging voltage decreases, the digital controller measures capacitance to calibrate a movable mirror of the capacitive structure. During calibration, the digital controller controls the programmable voltage generator and a second capacitor plate of the capacitive structure.
