The user record includes a cybersecurity style associated with the user that is predetermined and pre-stored in the user record. The cybersecurity style represents a plurality of personality traits of the user that are indicative of a cybersecurity risk posed by the user. The chatbot module receives the cybersecurity query and the cybersecurity style of the user. The chatbot module adjusts the reply according to the cybersecurity style of the user and outputs the reply to the user.
