Abstract: A corrosion inhibiting, sanitizing/disinfecting, wood preserving and hard surface cleaning formulation comprising: a quaternary ammonium halide; and a sequestrant in a sufficient amount to sequester the halide ion without eliminating the quaternary ammonium ion's sanitizing/disinfecting capability, wood preserving characteristics, and hard surface cleaning ability.

Abstract: An ultra heavy duty industrial cleaner, degreaser, dispersant and emulsifier formulation is described. The formulation comprises at least one propylene glycol alkyl ether, at least one 1-alkyl-2-pyrrolidinone, at least one polyoxyethylene aliphatic ether, at least one polyoxyethylene aliphatic ether, at least one trialkanolanine, d-limonine, at least one alkylaryl sulfouate, and at least one aliphatic alkanol.

Abstract: The invention discloses oil congealing compositions to coagulate oil that has been spilled on water. The congealing composition is oliophilic based and floats on the water surface to contract and congeal oil spills in both salt and fresh water, which includes in significant amounts a polypropylene glycol ether, an alcohol, an ester and polyoxyalkyl glycol ether. After the congealing composition is applied to the oil spill, the floating congealed oil can be readily mechanically removed from the water such that at least 99.9% of the oil is removable from the water with minimal negative environmental impact.

Abstract: A composition for inhibiting corrosion of metal is described, wherein the composition comprises at least one tetraalkylammonium halide, at least one alkyldiamine, at least one polyethylene aliphatic hydrocarbon amine, at least one polyethylene fatty acid ester, at least one aliphatic hydrocarbon hydroxyalkyl imidazoline, at least one polyethylene glycol aliphatic ester, and at least one trialkanolamine, and at least one amine oxyalkylate.
