  • Publication number: 20120040124
Abstract: Disclosed is a reinforced walkway system having an embossed walkway performance layer made of a polymer composite and a composite reinforcement layer thermally bonded thereto. The reinforcement layer includes a high temperature reinforcing composite which is thermally applied to the underside of the performance layer to prevent delamination and maintain the dimensional stability of the embossed performance layer at high temperatures. In one embodiment, the walkway performance layer may comprise any of polyolefin (TPO), Polyvinylchloride (PVC), and Elvaloy/Polyvinylchloride optionally mixed with other additives such as UV protection or mineral fillers. A method of forming a reinforced walkway system includes substantially simultaneously thermally bonding the performance layer to the composite reinforcement layer and embossing the performance layer.

  • Patent number: 6035879
Abstract: An improved automatic fill valve assembly that is readily securable in a level position for installation and that has inlets adapted to accept either a toilet tank fill valve or a float type valve inside of the housing of the fill valve assembly. One improvement comprises a flange that defines at least one anchor point so that the entire assembly can be secured in place to an adjacent structure during installation. This arrangement advantageously holds the automatic fill valve assembly in a level position while workers pour cement around it. Another improvement comprises the provision of inlets that can be connected to a water source and are adapted to mount either a float valve assembly or a toilet tank fill valve inside of the fill valve assembly.

  • Patent number: 5684946
Abstract: A design verification system is provided which includes the ability to automatically correlate the response of a device under test to the input stimuli. The test system uses a pseudo-random exerciser to produce a set of test stimuli for application to a device under test. Once applied, the response of the device is recorded and an automatic correlation is performed using a chosen correlation engine. Once the correlation is complete a new set of stimuli is produced which results in improved test coverage for the device under test. The system is closed-loop and thus allows for iterative testing of a device under test.

  • Patent number: 5418973
Abstract: A digital computer system includes a scalar CPU, a vector processor, and a shared cache memory. The scalar CPU has an execution unit, a memory management unit, and a cache controller unit. The execution unit generates load/store memory addresses for vector load/store instructions. The load/store addresses are translated by the memory management unit, and stored in a write buffer that is also used for buffering scalar write addresses and write data. The cache controller coordinates-loads and stores between the vector processor and the shared cache with scalar reads and writes to the cache. Preferably the cache controller permits scalar reads to precede scalar writes and vector load/stores by checking for conflicts with scalar writes and vector load/stores in the write queue, and also permits vector load/stores to precede vector operates by checking for conflicts with vector operate information stored in a vector register scoreboard.
