Abstract: A projectile for launch in a body of water is described herein. The head of the projectile may be soft, the projectile may have a total specific gravity greater than about 0.95, the center of gravity may be located nearer the front end of the projectile as compared to the rear end and/or the length of the projectile relative to the maximum diameter may be greater than about 7:1. Methods of launching the same are also described herein.

Abstract: A Recreational Water Sprinkler apparatus includes a manifold having a water inlet and a plurality of manifold outlets. A plurality of elongated flexible discharge hoses are connected to the manifold outlets. The hoses are sufficiently long and flexible that when water is supplied at conventional household pressures, the water is discharged through the discharge hoses thereby causing the hoses to gyrate and whip back and forth in a random manner relative to the manifold, thus spraying water randomly in all directions within a hemispherical space around and above the manifold.

Abstract: An open-contact membrane switch element (1,2) comprising a plastic film substrate (10) carrying a first conductive circuit (13), a dielectric coating (30) applied to cover the circuit (13) on the substrate (10) in a pattern defining uncoated zones (31,32,34) around each contact (14-17) of the circuit (13), and a second conductive circuit (35) applied on the dielectric coating (30) and having conductive tracks (36,37) electrically interconnected at the uncoated zones (31,32,34) to portions of the contacts (14-17) of the first conductive circuit (13).
