Abstract: This Golf Ball Cleaning Machine is a portable or a fixed mount design constructed of an aluminum casing in two hinged halves that opens for service of mechanisms and parts. The inner machine consists of a plastic tubular shell that houses an augur mechanism and scrubbing pads along its length. Cleaning action results from an external hand cranking of the auger and continuous ball contact with scrubbing surfaces in a water-based detergent solution in the cleaning chamber. Balls to be cleaned are fed by gravity, up to six per batch, or sequentially. Balls exit the machine via a chute and are held in an integral container. The design is corrosion resistant and resistant to ambient environmental conditions.

Abstract: A signaling path between a central office switch and a fixed radio access network terminal equipment supporting one or a plurality of subscriber handsets comprises a radio base station connection to the central office switch via a back haul transmission link, and communicates with the network terminal equipment via a wireless link operating in accordance with an air interface protocol e.g. such as described in International Standard Q931. In band service signals, e.g. of the Custom Local Area Special Services (CLASS) type, are issued by the central office switch on an in voice band channel and are stored at the radio base station whilst A party to B party call set up is effected over a digital signal path between the central office switch and the network terminal equipment.

The arms are adapted to move relative to each other in order to form an X-shaped configuration or a V-shaped configuration which will provide spaces to hold logs and/or kindling material. The arms are adjustable on the frame so that the spaces for the logs can be adjusted to accommodate logs of varying sizes. The device permits the logs to remain close to each other and at the same time will provide sufficient air space to form a very efficient fire.
