  • Patent number: 12382269
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, devices, media, and methods for facilitating and/or managing emergency response. An emergency response data platform (ERDP) may receive emergency information that indicates a type of an emergency and a location associated with the emergency. Based on the type of the emergency, the location associated with the emergency, and an indication of an emergency response service provided by a user of an emergency response device, the EDRP may cause a first user interface of an emergency management application to display a notification of the emergency on the emergency response device. Based on an indication of a current location of the emergency response device, the EDRP may cause a second user interface of the emergency management application to display a notification indicating that the emergency response device is en route to the location associated with the emergency on a user device.

  • Publication number: 20250247468
Abstract: An emergency management system (EMS) captures alarm reports that are called into an emergency call center (ECC) and converts the audio data of the alarm report into actionable alert data that may be displayed in and dispatched from an emergency response application that is operated at the ECC. The alert system includes a central station system, an ECC system, and an emergency management system (EMS). The ECC system has call handling equipment (CHE) to receive calls for an emergency call telephone number and an alarm reporting telephone number. The emergency response application can display a queue of alerts, and each of the alerts includes alert data that can be displayed. The EMS includes an automated interview system that can at least partially use an AI model to transform the audio data into alert data that is used to populate the queue of alerts.

  • Patent number: 12301756
Abstract: An emergency response assistant system may generate emergency response insights and provide the insights to an emergency responder application for an emergency communications center (ECC), an operations center, or a first responder. The emergency response assistant system may include a data retrieval system and an augmentation and generation system. The data retrieval system may be configured to transform emergency response procedures into vectors that are stored in a vector database. The augmentation and generation system may be configured to perform a vector search of the vector database with an AI model using context from call (e.g., a 911 call) characteristics and external data sources and may be configured to display the results on a user interface of an emergency management application to provide emergency response procedure suggestions to a user of an ECC computing system, an operations center computing system, or a first responder computing device.

  • Publication number: 20250140101
Abstract: Described herein are systems, devices, methods, and media for an emergency response data exchange system. The system provides an operations center emergency management application with a textual and/or graphical notification of emergency communications initiated on a premises managed by the operations center. The system exchanges operations center data (e.g., floorplans, video feeds, point of contact information, building access controls) with an emergency communications center (ECC) and/or with a first responder device to facilitate reducing emergency response times. The system selectively establishes communications (e.g., messaging windows) between the operations center, ECC, and/or first responder device to facilitate real-time information sharing between relevant parties of an emergency.

  • Patent number: 12288459
Abstract: An emergency response data system (ERDS) provides artificial intelligence (AI)-based emergency notifications to operations centers using radio-based dispatches from emergency communications center (ECC). The ERDS receives audio data of a radio-based dispatch of first responders to a location of an initiated emergency communication. The ERDS provides the audio data to an AI model with a prompt to transcribe the audio data into a radio dispatch transcript. The ERDS provides the radio dispatch transcript to the AI model with a prompt to analyze the radio dispatch transcript to extract a location of the initiated emergency communication from the radio dispatch transcript. The ERDS provides an AI-based emergency notification to an emergency response application that is operable to display the AI-based emergency notification on an operations center computing system. The AI-based emergency notification includes the location of the initiated emergency communication.
