Abstract: An emergency response system is operable to provide artificial intelligence (AI)-based CAD interface (e.g., read/write/action), in accordance with aspects of the disclosure. The emergency response system includes an emergency response data system (ERDS) that hosts emergency management applications that are operable on ECC computing systems. Client-side components and/or back-end components work together in concert with agentic AI (e.g., an AI agent, one or more large language models (LLMs), machine learning (ML), etc.) to extract CAD data from a screenshot of a CAD user interface (UI) operating at an ECC. An AI agent and/or LLMs may be operable to condition (e.g., format) the data into, for example, a payload that may be used to: deliver the data to another CAD system, populate a protocol tool/form integrated into the emergency management application, and/or perform CAD dispatch operations from the emergency management application.

Abstract: A disclosed method implements training an artificial intelligence module in a cloud-based emergency data management system using training data comprising emergency call data from an emergency communication center (ECC); generating a script, in response to the training data, by the artificial intelligence module, the script for converting emergency call data into a mapping subprocess format of the cloud-based emergency data management system; and configuring a cloud-based processor using the script.

Abstract: An emergency response assistant system may generate emergency response insights and provide the insights to an emergency responder application for an emergency communications center (ECC), an operations center, or a first responder. The emergency response assistant system may include a data retrieval system and an augmentation and generation system. The data retrieval system may be configured to transform emergency response procedures into vectors that are stored in a vector database. The augmentation and generation system may be configured to perform a vector search of the vector database with an AI model using context from call (e.g., a 911 call) characteristics and external data sources and may be configured to display the results on a user interface of an emergency management application to provide emergency response procedure suggestions to a user of an ECC computing system, an operations center computing system, or a first responder computing device.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, devices, media, and methods for facilitating and/or managing emergency response. An emergency response data platform (ERDP) may receive emergency information that indicates a type of an emergency and a location associated with the emergency. Based on the type of the emergency, the location associated with the emergency, and an indication of an emergency response service provided by a user of an emergency response device, the EDRP may cause a first user interface of an emergency management application to display a notification of the emergency on the emergency response device. Based on an indication of a current location of the emergency response device, the EDRP may cause a second user interface of the emergency management application to display a notification indicating that the emergency response device is en route to the location associated with the emergency on a user device.

Also disclosed herein is a responder dispatch coordination system (RDC) that facilitates communications between emergency service providers and emergency responders to aid emergency response networks and systems in responding to emergencies. Also disclosed herein are various ways in which the cloud server provides methods and systems for sharing streams of multimedia between users in an emergency, an emergency service provider (ESP), and emergency responders.
