  • Patent number: 12613103
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for vehicle diagnostic aware route planning and navigation. A route management system receives diagnostic data from vehicle diagnostic harnesses and analyzes it along with historical vehicle data to determine vehicle parameters and potential routing conflicts. The system detects vehicle conditions through diagnostic codes or sensor data and determines appropriate route modifications based on factors including vehicle location, service requirements, and delivery schedules. Vehicle attributes are determined through analysis of both VIN data and diagnostic signals to create comprehensive vehicle profiles for routing purposes. When conflicts are detected, the system can modify routes to include service locations or identify replacement vehicles based on compatible configurations.

  • Publication number: 20220362647
Abstract: Field games comprise a playing field having a defined area at only one end of the playing field, and a remaining area. The defined area is configured to accommodate a player having possession of a ball therein, and may be configured to prevent entry from one or more direction, or may be configured to permit access from all sides. The field game may be played by two teams of players, initially positioned at different locations of the playing field, where one team has the objective of putting one or more of its players in the defined area with possession of one or more balls and thereby scoring, and where the other team has the objective of trying to prevent the opposite team from its objective of scoring. Teams switch objectives after the team in possession scores with its balls and/or loses possession of its balls, and play is quickly resumed.

  • Patent number: 10863244
Abstract: A content hosting system allows content providers to create channels of video content and make them available to users in a marketplace. Users can search or browse for channels of interest, and selectively subscribe to channels. Users can also pay for the right to view premium videos in each channel. The system ranks channels according to the value provided. Generally, users will seek out and subscribe to the highest ranked channels that provide the greatest value. The ranking function allows different providers to compete for the subscriptions of users. Providers can observe their channel's reception in the market by analyzing rankings and usage statistics to adjust channels to maximize channel performance. The system operator can also create bundled channels containing videos from multiple providers, and the resulting subscription revenue can be distributed to the various providers of the videos in the channel.

  • Publication number: 20190269730
Abstract: The present invention provides regulatable cell lines with an engineered genome encoding an auxotrophic response system or element, and methods of use thereof. Growth and protein production of the cell lines is controlled by exposure of the cell line to an auxotrophic factor to activate the auxotrophic response system or element. Examples of auxotrophic factors include a nutrient, an enzyme, a moiety that alters pH, a moiety that alters temperature, a non-organic molecule, a non-essential amino acid, an altered concentration of a moiety, and a cellular niche environment. These regulatable cell lines may be used in regenerative medicine and enzyme replacement therapy.

  • Patent number: 10154584
Abstract: A method of producing a non-planar conforming circuit on a non-planar surface includes creating a first set of conforming layers. The first set of conforming layers is created by applying an oxide dielectric layer to the surface, applying a conductive material layer to the oxide dielectric layer, applying a resist layer to the conductive material layer, patterning the resist layer according to a desired circuit layout, etching the surface to remove exposed conductive material, and stripping the resist layer. The process may be repeated to form multiple layers of conforming circuits with electrical connections between layers formed by blind microvias. The resulting set of conforming layers can be sealed.

  • Patent number: 10070491
Abstract: A light system (FIG. 2) is disclosed. The light system includes a plurality of series connected light emitting diodes (240-246). Each of a plurality of switching devices (230-236) has a control terminal and each has a current path coupled in parallel with a respective LED. A plurality of fault detector circuits (220-226) are each coupled in parallel with a respective light emitting diode. Each fault detector circuit has a first comparator (FIG. 7, 704) arranged to compare a voltage across the respective light emitting diode to a respective first reference voltage (708). When a fault is detected, a control signal is applied to the control terminal to turn on a respective switching device of the plurality of switching devices.
