Patent number: 11843501Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and computer-readable media for determining instances of parity drift in target cloud computing systems as well as determining when instances of parity drift require addressing. For example, in various implementations, a cloud parity drift detection system compiles information about services, configurations, versions, etc. along with additional data from a reference cloud system into a job package and provides the job package to one or more target cloud computing systems. The cloud parity drift detection system can then utilize the job package to compare corresponding information on the reference cloud system to a target data set of the target cloud system to determine instances of parity drift at the target cloud system. Additionally, the cloud parity drift detection system can determine and act when instances of parity drift require addressing.Type: GrantFiled: May 13, 2022Date of Patent: December 12, 2023Assignee: Microsoft Technology Licensing, LLCInventors: Anthony James Perez, George Kim, John Ryan Park, Christian Michael Laney, Steven Michael Sternberg, Eugene H. Patent number: 10069560Abstract: A system, method, and apparatus for integrated resource planning for satellite systems are disclosed. The method involves obtaining user communication demand for at least one region. The method further involves generating a beam map comprising at least one beam for each of the regions according to the user communication demand. Also, the method involves generating at least one configuration profile for the satellite system by using the beam map. Additionally, the method involves performing a performance analysis by comparing: the user communication demand versus one of the configuration profiles, the user communication demand versus actual communication demand, one of the configuration profiles versus the actual communication demand, and/or one of the configuration profiles versus another one of the configuration profiles.Type: GrantFiled: July 21, 2016Date of Patent: September 4, 2018Assignee: The Boeing CompanyInventors: Tuan Ha, Litho Kwong, Anchung Chang, Becky X. Publication number: 20180181269Abstract: In an embodiment, a content assembly platform (CAP) presents a structured user interface arranged for structured receipt of authored content. The CAP receives content for a content piece via the structured user interface. The CAP presents the received content via the structured user interface according to a set of predetermined content-display rules. The CAP stores the received content in a content management system (CMS) for online publication of the content piece according to the predetermined set of content-display rules. The CAP receives an instruction to publish the content piece to a print-production system, and responsively packages the received content in a print-production-system-readable format and transmits the packaged content to the print-production system.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 8, 2017Publication date: June 28, 2018Inventors: James Perez, Honest Charley Bodkin, Benjamin Leonard Welsh, Evan Wagstaff, Lily Mazet Mihalik
