    Abstract: The invention relates to a hat clip having a first generally horizontal member, a second generally horizontal member spaced apart and generally parallel to the first horizontal member for grasping a brim of a hat placed between the first and second horizontal members, a generally vertical member having a top end and a bottom end for positioning the first and second horizontal members, wherein the top end is in contact with the first horizontal member and the bottom end is in contact with the second horizontal member; and an ornament attached to the first horizontal member for decorating the hat.
