    Abstract: Chlorinated olefin elastomers prepared from olefin polymer base resins having I10 values of 0.05-0.8 dg/minute are blended with curative and at least 300 phr of an additive package to form a curable composition having excellent properties. Cured compositions provide superior insulating layers for wire and cable applications.
