The center alignment assembly includes a first plate member adapted to be secured to a center portion of a guide plate of the expandable table, a plurality of fasteners arranged to be attached to the plate member to define a plurality of receiving structures, and a plurality of second plate members adapted to be secured to each of a plurality of separate table top sections moveably arranged over a top surface of the guide plate, wherein each of the plurality of second plate members includes a projecting member adapted to be received in one of the receiving structures.

Each of the members is of generally inverted U-shape as viewed from the side and has a chestplate portion, a backplate portion and an arch connecting the plate portions, the arches being laterally spaced to provide an opening for the neck of the wearer. Each of the members is fabricated from lightweight synthetic resin sheet material having a corrugated central layer formed with parallel corrugations, and a pair of generally parallel outer layers forming opposite exterior surfaces of the sheet material. The corrugations are resiliently deformable upon application of an impact load to the sheet material to attenuate the shock of the impact load on the wearer.

Abstract: A folding reflector for a lantern is formed from a pair of reflecting panels which are pivotally secured for pivotal movement between a folded position in which the panels are superposed and an extended position in which the panels extend in opposite directions from the pivot. When the panels are extended, the reflector can be inserted around the globe of the lantern. When the panels are folded, the reflector can be stored in the bottom of the fount of the lantern.

Abstract: A latch assembly for picnic coolers and the like includes a base, a latch, and an operating knob which is movably mounted on the base. The latch is pivotally supported by a fulcrum on the base, and the operating knob includes a pair of cams which pivot the latch between latched and unlatched positions.
