    Abstract: A lid has an opening, an annular lower region, and an upper region providing an upwardly facing annular recipient surface. A cover assembly removably positioned over the opening of the lid and the recipient surface includes a generally circular upper disk with a radially extending tab. The cover assembly also includes a circular lower disk. An adhesive in a ring-shaped configuration removably couples the lower disk and the recipient surface.
