    Abstract: An earth moving or grading machine having a first boom mounted on the base structure. A second boom is telescopically mounted to be received by the first boom and a third boom is mounted to the outermost end of the second boom. Articulated connecting means connects the third boom to the second boom so that the angle of articulation between the telescopically mounted second boom and the third boom can be adjusted.
