  • Patent number: 7665896
Abstract: A plastic bag formed from two panels of substantially rectangular plastic film that includes an oxygen barrier and a heat sealable surface. The panels are joined by three edges with the heat sealable surfaces facing one another. At least one of the panels includes a number of air channels. Each of the air channels has first and second opposing ends. The first end of each air channel is adjacent an unjoined edge of the panel. Each air channel extends toward the joined edges from the first end to the second end. The second end of each air channel is closer to the unjoined edge than the joined edges. Each air channel is spaced apart from an adjacent air channel by no more than a first distance. Each second end is spaced apart from an adjacent second end by a second distance that is greater than the first distance.

  • Patent number: 7526996
Abstract: An embossing hand tool includes a first handle that can be operatively supported by a flat surface. The first handle includes a first embossing die and may also include a changeable indicia supported by a heated axle. A second embossing die may include a resilient pad opposite the changeable indicia. A second handle is coupled to the first handle and to the second embossing die with one of the couplings being a pivotal coupling and the other coupling being a sliding coupling. A link is coupled to the first handle and to the second embossing die with one of the couplings being a pivotal coupling and the other coupling being a sliding coupling. The link is further coupled to the second handle at a pivot point equidistant from the other couplings such that the first embossing die and the second embossing die remain substantially parallel throughout their range of motion.

  • Patent number: 4675953
Abstract: A money clip, including a base clip member and an operative clip member in which the operative clip member has a pair of legs terminating in opposed journals pivotally mounted in bearings to provide offset parallel pivotal axes for the operative clip member. The operative clip member is adapted to move through an over-center position between a closed, clamping position and an inoperative, open position.
